Hong Chong Wanton Noodle

Hong Chong Wanton Noodle is a popular stall here that seems to always have a queue. Dig into old-school wanton noodles that’s tossed in a well-seasoned sauce. It comes with some vegetables, lean char siew, fried shallots and you can also add your own crispy pork lard. The char siew is firm and meaty with a mildly sweet flavour, and the dish is served with a side of soup that includes some wantons. Apart from wanton noodles, you can also get chicken feet noodles, ipoh hor fun, shredded chicken mushroon noodles, dumpling noodles and more.
