Tong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice
Tong Fatt is one of the better-known chicken rice stalls and has several branches island-wide. They only serve the steamed variety of chicken, which is silky, tender and juicy. Doused in a generous amount of soya sauce, it is incredibly satisfying when paired with a mouthful of their fragrant rice. It also seems to be less oily than what most stalls serve, which is a huge plus point!
