Loyang Way Big Prawn Noodles

This prawn noodles stall is an outlet of the famous parent stall in Loyang. It attracts a queue, especially during peak hours. On its menu are Big Prawn Noodles, Pork Ribs Prawn Noodles, Abalone Prawn Noodle and XL Big Prawn Noodles. What makes good prawn noodles is all in its broth, and this one has a pleasant umami, savoury-sweetness. The noodles are tossed in a mixture of sauce that includes chilli powder and lard oil. The prawns are fresh and cut in half with the shell still intact, so some might find them a little inconvenient to eat without hands.
