Project Penyek
Project Penyek sees a chicken thigh generously coated with batter, fries it to a crisp, smashes it and then serves it with rice and vegetables. They are also popular for their seafood platter, which includes fresh flower crabs, prawns, squid, and black pomfret, all covered in the same crispy batter. Good enough for up to five people, it does need to be ordered a day in advance.
