Qian Wei

For some good old tze char, make a beeline for Qian Wei. The Nyonya Fish Head is a crowd favourite with its mouthwatering tanginess. The fish is fresh and flaky, and complemented by chunks of tomatoes, brinjal, okra and pineapple, this is a seriously addictive fish head curry.
