Kun Ji
Drawing in snaking queues during lunchtime, Kun Ji is known for its Braised Duck, Roasted Duck and Char Siew Rice. The rice is dark, moist and flavourful; while the duck meat is tender without an overwhelming gaminess. The char siew has a beautiful caramelisation and is tender to the bite. You also get some cucumber slices and a side of soup. Don’t forget to help yourself to the house-made sambal for a fiery kick! You can also add on other ingredients such as Braised Egg, Duck Wing, Duck Liver, Tau Kua, Tau Pok and Mui Choy.
