Seng Hiang Bak Chor Mee
Another contestant at Bedok 85’s Bak Chor Mee stage, Seng Hiang’s Bak Chor Mee Soup ($2.50/$3) is served in an aromatic pork broth made from pork bones, pork lard, marinated minced meat, garlic oil, and a generous amount of fried garlic. They also offer Dry Bak Chor Mee ($3.50), which is tossed in their handmade chilli paste and served with a bowl of meatball soup. However, watch out for the timings because Seng Hiang is only open from 3:30 PM till 12 AM, and is closed on Wednesdays!
