At Ming Ji Shu Shi, they only serve one dish, and they serve it extremely well! Their signature dish is… Drum roll… Fried Carrot Cake! Although they only serve one dish, it's technically two - that’s because they make both fluffy White and sweet caramelised Black Carrot Cake. And what’s more, is that their prices are very hard to beat - $2.50 for a small plate and $3 for a big one! This is also one of the reasons why this stall is so popular and is often sold out by noon. So be sure to head on down early to Ming Ji to avoid any disappointments!
