Chan BBQ dishes up a vast range of BBQ delights, including their classic BBQ sambal stingray! Their smallest portion is available at only $10, but if you are enjoying a hearty BBQ supper with a larger group of friends, it is also available in sharing-friendly sizes ($12/15/20). Their well-known stingray is wrapped in a banana leaf and served on a flaming hotplate, slathered with handmade sambal chilli that contains a mix of up to 20 ingredients! They are open from 5 PM till 1 AM daily – so start planning catch-up sessions with your friends!
