Yì by Jereme Leung

Yì by Jereme Leung is serving four variations of yusheng for the Year of the Rabbit. The Longevity Yu Sheng ($238++), which features arctic shellfish and Japanese sweet shrimps; Prosperity Yu Sheng ($258++), which is served with abalone, Spanish Ibérico ham, and honey melon; Fortune Yu Sheng ($198++) with salmon sashimi and crispy bait fish; and Vegetarian Yu Sheng ($198++) with crispy cordyceps flowers and fresh mango. All versions are served with a Yunnan rose dressing personally created by chef Jereme!
