White Restaurant is all set for Chinese New Year with the Grand Fortune Abalone Yusheng (from $49.90++).18-head abalones are combined with shredded carrot, winter melon, dried persimmon, jellyfish and buckwheat. For some crispiness, it also comes with deep-fried shredded yam topped with ground peanuts, pomelo, lemon leaf and white sesame. The specially-concocted piquant yuzu sauce imparts the dish with a fruity finish. To make things extra special, every order of yusheng will come with a rabbit ornament for you to take home!
