The Hainan Story

It features a salad of fresh carrot, green radish and purple cabbage, cucumber, yellow winter melon and leek. Along with the quintessential toppings and seasonings, steamed chicken lends an extra touch of succulence. Toss it all with fragrant Hainanese pineapple sauce for extra huat!
