Cherki
Named after a Peranakan card game which was once commonplace among many Peranakan households, delight your taste buds with Cherki’s innovative renditions of traditional Nonya dishes and specially crafted cocktails. Hidden within Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, embark on a culinary adventure with creative dishes such as Truffle Itek Popiah, Rendang Beef Cheeks, Laksa Lobster Linguine and wash it all down with craft cocktails like the Potpourri – a mix of peach blossom gin, grapefruit, St German elderflower, rose apple and rhubarb jam, Pamplemousse rose and citrus, or Dancing in the Moonshine, which is reminiscent of Bubur Cha Cha but with dark rum.
