Special Yong Tau Foo

At first glance, Special Yong Tau Foo might not look like anything special, but they feature some special ingredients like pork belly, pork intestines and blanched kiam chye. What’s also special about them is that they open at 2am! Yes, you read that right. Despite its unconventional opening hours, the stall has a large following and is a popular supper spot. You can get your choice of YTF ingredients with white rice or bee hoon, which is served either dry with a red sweet sauce and chilli sauce, or in a light and sweet clear broth.
