Soon Huat Prawn Noodles

Soon Huat Prawn Noodles is one of the most popular stalls at North Bridge Market & Food Centre, with a seemingly perpetual queue since the morning. A bowl of their scrummy noodles includes peeled prawns, fish cakes,  lean pork meat and beansprouts. The noodles are chewy and springy, tossed in a medley of sauces with a lovely aroma and addictive appeal. The soup is light and simple with the sweetness of seafood and pork ribs.
