Ke Shuang Xing Lor Mee

Ke Shuang Xing used to be famous for their fried carrot cake but has switched specialties to sell lor mee and bak chor mee. Their lor mee comes with ingredients such as chicken chop or fried fish. The egg noodles are springy with a good texture and nicely soaked in their thick flavorful gravy that is not overly starchy. A slurpable dish, you can also add on minced garlic, chopped chilli, sambal chillii and vinegar to suit your taste buds!
