Hoe Hokkien Mee
Hoe Hokkien Mee dishes out a wetter version of fried hokkien mee. In addition to the usual prawns, eggs, and squid, the dish also comes with additional pieces of pork belly and a more significant proportion of thick bee hoon to yellow noodles. While good on its own, the chilli that it comes with adds an addictive layer of contrasting sourness and spiciness that makes every spoonful a heavenly experience!
