Biryani 47 serves Bangladeshi-style biryani that is so popular, it is said that they sell out within four hours of opening. Helmed by Chef Bepar Sharief, a Bangladeshi national who was a construction worker before undergoing training and switching to the F&B industry, the dish features heaps of basmati rice infused with spices, smothering meat that’s been coated in fragrant curry sauce. For those looking for a meat substitute, the stall also has a vegetarian-friendly Tofu Briyani!
