Latteria Mozzarella Bar
Served in a baked pumpkin, Latteria Mozzarella Bar’s version of mac and cheese is made with nutmeg, white wine, fresh parmesan, buffalo mozzarella, and smoked mozzarella cheese. All of which are DOP recognised, proving the origins of the milk used to make the cheeses! You have the option of saving the pumpkin flesh until the end, or scraping it into the mac and cheese to cut through the grease.
