Bedrock Bar & Grill

The base of Bedrock’s mac and cheese is made with gorgonzola cheese, which is known for its buttery and salty flavours. Adding to that is parmesan cheese, as well as house-made Italian white truffle butter. Maccheroni (a thinner version of macaroni) is cooked until al dente before it is combined with the truffle-cheese sauce, and then sent to broil to achieve its signature crusty, cheesy exterior.
