Yakiniquest
The name Yakiniquest might sound unusual but there’s a story behind it: it stems from managing director Suguru Ishida, who ate at more than 150 yakiniku joints a year in Japan for 15 years. Safe to say, his taste in grilled meats is top notch. The restaurant serves beef from Kagoshima, Miyazaki and Iwate, using cuts that deliver on flavour, not just marbling.
