Chai Chee Kway Chap

Tucked away at in Blk 216 Bedok Market and Food Centre is Chai Chee Kway Chap, one of the few stalls here that commands a long, snaking queue. The pig’s intestines here are fresh and properly cleaned and they brim with aromatic notes of the braising sauce. The ingredients such as pork belly, offal, tau pok and hard-boiled egg are all well-cooked. The kway is slurp-worthy and swims in a soup that is not too salty.
