Ah Keat Pig’s Organ Soup & Kway Chap has been in business for over 30 years. They are generous with their ingredients and the organs are well braised, clean, fresh and soft to the bite. The braising sauce is mildly herbal with sweet-savoury notes. All the individual ingredients come together harmoniously, including the zesty chilli sauce.
