Auntie Jessie Rojak’s newest outlet is in the newly opened food court in Katong Shopping Centre. Apart from their signature rojak, the Katong branch also feature an almost-extinct traditional dish in Singapore – taukwa pau! Otherwise known as a stuffed beancurd, Auntie Jessie’s taukwa pau features stewed and fried ingredients stuffed in fried beancurd. The soft insides combined with the savoury brown sauce creates a nostalgic and comforting taste. Other yummy local dishes to check out on the menu include popiah, kueh pie tee and muah chee!
