Noodle Star K

Opened by the same folks behind Super Star K, Noodle Star K specialises in handmade Korean noddles from Naengmyeon to Jjajangmyeon, Jjampong and Kalguksu. Instead of thick and round noodles, those used in the Jjajangmyeon here are flat like mee pok. Unlike most Jjajangmyeon, no shallots go into this, but there are potato cubes for extra texture and it also pairs nicely with the savoury black bean paste sauce.
