Jeong’s Jjajang

A Korean-owned stall located in the neighbourhood of Bukit Merah, the noodles at Jeong’s Jjajang are made in-house and freshly cooked when an order is placed. The chewy noodles are coated in a savoury black bean sauce that is packed with umami and also includes onions and chunks of meat. Each main course also comes with a side of kimchi and pickled radish to make a complete meal!
