Situated right along North Bridge Road, The Ramen Stall is a Halal eatery serving up Japanese cuisine. Ramen is (obviously) their signature here, and the flavours are adapted to suit the local palate. With no shortcuts and artificial flavourings, the ramen broth is made by boiling meat and bones for over 30 hours! The result is a rich, milky and smooth broth.
