Grass jelly is a refreshing treat in our sweltering weather. There are four toppings to choose from – attap seeds, nata de coco, longans or sea coconut – so you can customise your bowl to your liking. The stall has its roots in the streets of post-war Singapore in 1946, and still uses the same original recipe, with every component entirely handmade. Safe to say this is one of the best grass jelly desserts you can find in Singapore!
