Another great stall selling Hokkien Mee, Hainan Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee has been here for over 30 years and is a well-known stall amongst many who frequent this hawker centre. They are well known for serving a drier variety of hokkien mee that is tender and almost mushy, but full of flavours. Each bite is full of wok hei and umami! Served with a generous amount of seafood that are also well-cooked, don’t miss their fantastic house-made chilli for tasteful kick.
