Les Amis has clinched three Michelin stars so it’s one establishment that you’ll find in just about every “best French restaurants” list in Singapore. Besides dishes like French sea bass, blue lobsters and roasted challans duck breast (all sourced from France, mind you), Les Amis is also known for having one of the best wine lists in Asia. You’ll find over 3,000 wines here mainly from the Old World.
