The Royals Cafe is a popular Halal bakery famous for their Nyonya Mee Siam and Fried Mee Siam. The latter is made with at least 12 different spices and ingredients to make a tasty rempah paste which is then used to fry the bee hoon, ensuring a truly fried mee siam that you just won’t get enough!
