Originally a home-based business, Shibapo now has their own outlet at Kaki Bukit. Known for their dry fried mee siam, every strand of bee hoon is coated with their special chilli paste which gives it the perfect mix of tanginess, fragrance and heat. For those who love spice, you can mix it with some of their spicy, sour chilli sauce which transforms into a super-charged mee siam that should only be eaten with a cold drink and tissues to wipe away your sweat.
