The Plain Prata here has a crispy exterior with a fluffy interior, but if you want something really crispy then you should go for their Paper Prata. Literally as thin as paper, it is great both on its own or with some curry! Not to mention, they’re open 24 hours so you can get your prata cravings satisfied any time of day.
