Soon Huat Cooked Food is known for serving amazing sesame oil chicken that’s a must-try. A dish that you don’t see often at hawker centres, chunky pieces of chicken are cooked in a thick and flavourful gravy. The fragrance of sesame oil, wine and vinegar comes together to create a beautiful medley of flavours, and the dish is extremely satisfying with a bowl of white rice. Other than sesame oil chicken, the stall also serves dong po braised pork and curry chicken!
