Nyonya Chendol
The first nyonya stall in Singapore to earn a Michelin recommendation, Nyonya Chendol has only one item on the menu, which is – you guessed it – chendol. Take your pick from four different variations: original, red bean, sweet corn, or D24 durian. No matter which you pick, the chendol is doused in gula melaka syrup and ribbons of pandan jelly, and a great way to cool off from Singapore’s heat or end your meal on a sweet note.
