Chow Zan Desserts
This dessert establishment prides itself on making Singapore’s first white cendol. Instead of the usual pandan jelly, what you get are white coconut strips with a firmer bite. Despite its plain appearance, this chendol is big on flavour thanks to the coconut cream and gula melaka. The white jelly and sago pearls are also firm and pleasantly chewy! There are also red bean and durian variations if you want something a little more.
