Tipsy Penguin

Previously named the Accidental Cheesecake, if the Burnt Cheesecake at Tipsy Penguin was really an accident, then we're so glad it happened! This dessert is luscious, rich and velvety, jiggly and burnt around the edges. It is also served with a scoop of ice cream, which might be unusual, but surprisingly complemented the cheesecake well. Depending on where you live, you might have to travel some ways for it, but we promise you it will be well worth it!
