If you’d like to venture further afield from the regular burnt cheesecake, this coconut and pandan-flavoured version makes for a fragrant treat. Their original Basque Burnt Cheesecake is just as drool-worthy, with a flavour that leans towards the savoury side. A nice change as many cheesecakes tend to be overly sweet!
