What started as a home baking hobby has since evolved into a must-try bakery. While halal-certified Fluff Bakery is super popular for their wide range of unique cupcake flavours, the store also does a wicked Basque burnt cheesecake that’s become their signature. It’s got just the right amount of custard-like ooze from the centre. Even though they also use only one type of cheese, it’s surprising how dense the cheesecake is!
