Cockle Fried Kway Teow
Another queue-commanding stall, Cockle Fried Kway Teow is run by an old couple. Each plate of fried kway teow has an alluring smoky flavour and the pork lard offers a crunch amongst the slippery kway teow, along with lup cheong (Chinese sausages), cockles, eggs and beansprouts. They also serve White Kway Teow, which is fried kway teow without dark soy sauce.
