Chaoyang Prawn Noodle

Operating till 1am, Chaoyang Prawn Noodle is also a popular spot for supper at Blk 75 Lorong 5 Toa Payoh Food Centre. What makes this prawn mee unique is that it includes a serving of braised pork which you might expect to see at a kway chap stall instead! The soup base is also delicious and has a natural sweetness to it. Aside from prawn shells, the soup is also made with a host of other seafood such as blue swimmer crabs, dried scallops and other secret ingredients!
