Jalan Kukoh Teochew Kueh is a family-run business that has its roots in Johor Bahru over a hundred years ago! While their soon kueh has a slightly thicker skin than usual, it still remains soft and chewy. Furthermore, it is lightly pan-fried before it’s served, accentuating its taste and texture. The kueh here sells out quickly, so walk-in customers are often disappointed. We recommend calling ahead to reserve yours before heading down!
