This 24-year old stall is co-founded by Madam Lim, who has had 30 years of experience in the hand-making kueh before she co-founded Fatt Soon Kueh in 1999. The soon kueh here boasts a chewier skin, and every bite is filled with bountiful flavours from the jicama, black fungus, carrots and dried shrimp.
