Hock Guan Popiah Rojak

Believe it or not, there’s not just one, or two, but three great popiah stalls located at Old Airport Road Food Centre. The popiah at Hock Guan is wrapped in a thin skin and it does fall apart slightly, but that might be because the ingredients were not wrapped up as tightly. Taste-wise, it comes with the usual ingredients of turnips, beansprouts, hard-boiled eggs, peanuts and crispy bits, along with sweet sauce and chilli. While it might not be the best popiah in town, it still makes for a decent bite!
