After opening 15 stalls across Singapore's hawker centres, Jin Li Mala Hotpot has now opened a spacious full-service restaurant offering a wide selection of seafood, protein and veggies you can pick to compile your bowl of mala xiang guo. Some of the ingredients beancurd skin, chicken, pork and beef, amongst a whole slew of other selections. The mala xiang guo is prepared using the owner's family recipe and is spicier than usual, so order the xiao la if you can't tolerate too much spice.
