Hong Xing Handmade Fishball & Meatball Noodle is one of the most popular stalls at Hong Lim Market & Food Centre. The highlight is definitely their handmade fishballs and meatballs. The fishball has a springy yet very soft and smooth texture and pairs perfectly with the simple mee pok that’s tossed in a mix of soya sauce-based seasoning with chilli and lard pieces. They sell out quite early so if you do wanna try them out, make sure to go early!
