Nur Indah Kitchen
You will easily spot Nur Indah Kitchen at Bedok Food Centre thanks to the mountain of fried chicken and fish that’s stacked against their glass display. Their Nasi Ayam Penyet comes with a generous piece of fried chicken leg, tofu, tempeh, and a bowl of soup. While Ikan Penyet is a relatively common dish usually found at Ayam Penyet stalls, what’s special about Nur Indah Kitchen is that they serve Empal Penyet that’s served just like ayam penyet, but the dish is made with beef spare ribs instead!
