Aunty Sham has over 30 years of experience in the F&B industry as well as being a Javanese native herself. Her Ayam Penyet comes with a large piece of fried chicken thigh topped with crispy bits and accompanied by fried tofu, keropok and assorted vegetables. It also includes a side of soup as well as some Javanese-style sambal.
