Xiao Ji Noodle House
While most people would go to the popular Zhang Ji for their Xiao Long Bao cravings, the lesser-known Xiao Ji serves up dumplings that are just as good, but with half the waiting time! The stall is run by a Chinese couple specialising in pot stickers. Each and every one is made up of a crispy yet chewy skin and a juicy combination of well-seasoned pork with chives and white pepper. There are also hand-pulled noodles which are quite well-received, but the underrated Mee Hoon Kuey that is doused in homemade chilli oil is very good too!
