Xiang Jiang Soya Sauce Chicken

Arguably the most famous stall here, Xiang Jiang Soya Sauce Chicken is helmed by an ex-Raffles Hotel chef and has been recognised with a Michelin Plate. You can choose to have the tender, moist chicken with either rice or a selection of different noodle types. We recommend pairing the flavourful chicken with egg noodles, which soak up the special soya sauce, pork lard oil and chilli sauce mixture well. The shrimp wantons are beautifully done too, with fresh prawns and a delicate skin.
